Dozens of people joined the \u201cDialogue with Ruben\u201d: colleagues of the philanthropist, scientists, church representatives, artists, including Ruben Vardanian\u2019s sister, poet and composer Marine Ales. Members discussed the life philosophy and values of the birthday boy, as well as shared personal stories related to him.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Thus, actor and public figure Vardan Petrosian referred to a letter from Ruben Vardanian, in which he writes: \u201cThere is no evil in me, no hatred for anyone.\u201d According to the actor, this surprises many: the man who was taken hostage does not hate his executioners.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
\u201cTo understand this, you need to look not from a political point of view, but from a spiritual point of view. It is only from this height that one can explain how, in conditions of injustice, a person chooses the path of love,\u201d said Vardan Petrosian.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Priest Mesrop Aramian spoke about motives that led Ruben to move to Artsakh. This decision seemed reckless to many at the time, but the speaker sees it as self-sacrifice (although the philanthropist himself asked not to consider him a victim).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
