“Ruben is a philanthropist, a great Armenian. I have worked with him for almost 24 years and have never seen any sign of the stories that are told about him. He was a devoted Armenian, very concerned about the state of Artsakh, he went to Artsakh and put his life in danger. When Ruben went to Artsakh, he knew that he could be symbolically taken to the cross. I hope that if the Armenian authorities go to Azerbaijan for COP29, they will come back with prisoners”.
